We deserve….

  • safe water.

Our city pools need to be fully staffed and open, all season long.

The lakefront needs to be more accessible with increased safety standards.

Water Safety Education should be FREE to all community members.

Lake Michigan preservation through innovation, conservation and other nature based solutions.

  • safe streets.

No matter if you’re driving, walking or biking, you should be confident you’ll make it to your destination safely.

Improved traffic control and enforcement will be a top priority.

Crosswalks should be usable and the bus routes should be straightforward.

Children should be able to get to school safely, every day.

  • safe neighborhoods.

Community cohesion starts on your block.

Neighborhood associations need to be established.

“Third Spaces” need to be developed and maintained to promote community connection.

Festivals and activities should be available in all neighborhoods to promote Neighborhood Identity.
